I was trying to system link mw2 on tu8 and it said I need dashlaunch 3.05 to be able to do it so installed that and now my xbox wont boot up and theres no picture

take out the hdd if you have one and try booting it without the hdd

Imporper installation Dashlaunch can corrupt your nand - You should seek out someone locally to reflash a clean back up nand if you kept one.

I will probably pay for this service when I have the money but I was looking up my problem and I found out that it could be the GPU but I doubt it because I happened right after I installed Dashlaunch 3.05. But Im surprized my Xenon jtag lasted this long I had it for about 3 years now and dident have any problems with it untill now. And do I pay for shipping both ways and do I just ship the console with the harddrive?

Its not your gpu if you messed with dashluanch and then rebooted to a black screen - you have corrupted your nand.
Do you have a Back of nand for your console?

It doesent even go to a black screen there is no signal at all for and I tried multiple component cables
