In the day and age we are in where kids spend too much time indoors and the unhealthy diets they keep this is such a fantastic story.

Congratulations on getting off your backside and doing something about it.

No doubt it was hard and took alot of will power and motivation but now you can look back and the bullies and laugh.

It's good to see someone actually going outside and doing something. Good for you. Congrats on shedding the unwanted weight and creating a nutritious diet. You don't see that often these days.
