3. What seems to be the problem? Failed installing XeXMenu/FSD on a fresh hard drive. Will not boot properly with hard drive installed.

4. What physical errors are you seeing? With hard drive installed it boots up and gives a No Valid Skins Found error and then a black screen. I can hit the home button and shut off the console/controller but that's it.

5. Do you have your OG Nand? Nope, but I can get it.

I am not very fond with dvd meece. He pretty much screwed me over when I bought from him. Just barely got my money back after about 6 months.

Have you written your original nand back to the console to confirm its fucntioning as stock?

I have a Xenon Jtag and the problem I am having is that my jtag wont boot up and there is no picture the last thing I did I was trying to system link mw2 on tu8 and it said I need Dashlaunch 3.05 so I installed that and after that my jtag wouldent boot and there was no picture.

Dashlaunch can corrupt your nand - You should seek out someone locally to reflash a clean back up nand if you kept one.

My problem is when I go to MW2 that is installed on my FSD I try to load it up with the modded patches for it and it goes to a black flickering screen.

Have you tried Reposistiong CPU_RST or CPU_PLL_BYPASS?

Your iso folder is missing or has corrupted files, i suggest reinstalling the game.
