Just file the payment as unauthorized access.. I didn't read all the pics but you'll get your money back. If he spent the money or sent it to someone else, he'll go negative the amount you sent him.

That will not work unless he happened to send it on a different IP address than he uses regularly on Paypal. Only way he would be able to get it back is if he used a credit card to pay on Paypal, and not used an existing balance. You could then call your credit card company and open a chargeback. May take a while to get it back but the cc companies almost always side with the buyer. This is why I do not use Paypal anymore because buyers can abuse this.

he is right i would contact pay pal. talk it over with them. tell them your situation, if he cant show he sent shipping or you can show alot of proof you have a 50/50 chance better then not trying at all.
