Only people that have the Epic Reaper are Epic Employees. Unless someone modded for it.

i know if you kiss the epic employee you get it then if you kill that person you can get it, its just so hard

No, you don't get the Epic Reaper itself, you get a medal and a weapon skin. You don't get the character itself.

No, you need to kill the Epic Reaper. It doesn't matter if you kill someone with the medal or skin, you need to kill the Epic Reaper. It's a rare medal and skin for a reason because it is so hard to get. If you want to play against a Epic Reaper then play quick match FFA or play in the VIP playlist, that is where most of the Epic Employees are.

I was lucky i am in Australia so i cant get into matches with them so i sent i message to one and he hosted up a few private matches for people to play. I got the skin from that was really lucky.
