Because, When Im playing in game it is almost perfectly fine with the decent setting.. But when I am in pregame lobbies of hunger games or really big worlds I lag beyond terrible.. Like 10 fps.. So I don't need low settings for that if it works fine in real game... Does that kinda make sense lol

That made no f*cking sense whatsoever. You basically said it works ingame but it lags @ 10 fps ingame.. Change the graphics settings to lower when you lag and that solves the problem. And honestly having higher graphics settings doesn't increase the graphics quality at all.
