1. Go to YouTube
2. Find the song and copy the URL
3. Go to youtube-mp3.org or video2mp3.net
4. Paste the link into the box
5. Once the song is downloaded, put it into your iTunes
6. Sync your phone/iPod to your computer

If you like hip hop you can download legal mixtapes. Pretty much my entire iTunes Library are mixtapes.

Try [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] for Hip Hop or [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] for UK Hip Hop.

Alternatively, you could download via a torrent client.

I would also recommend not using a YouTube to Mp3 convertor as the audio quality is usually awful. You should always listen to music of atleast a 192 bitrate. Ideally, 320 kbps. Otherwise you might as well use your voice recorder on your 12 year old Samsung mobile.
