Well, it can be a lot of things but try the following.
- Opening the ports for Xbox
Port 88 (UDP)
Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
Port 80 (TCP)
Youtube tut to open ports for xbox - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
- Or restart your router.
I have an expensive one but its a total difference from my other one. MUCH faster.

Good luck!

You download depending on your broadband connection and your bandwidth allowance. You can not go any faster than you are allowed. Your download speed will decrease significantly during peak hours so try to download in the morning or afternoon times.

Typically when I'm downloading a game 6G or more is takes about 1-2 hours and during that time I stay off my Xbox go downstairs and watch TV and check up on the download like every 45 minutes
