Sound Cloud is run by user uploads. Many songs are not downloadable. I would say Sound Cloud is more for storage for music producers.

Many mixtapes are exclusively released on Dat Piff from the artists themselves. It is the most popular and probably the best mixtape website. You'll find yourself there a lot from now on.
