I Have a 4.4 PS3 But I Just Dont Know If Its Worth It To Purchase Another ONe That is 3.55 Just To Host CoD Lobbies, AAnd I KNOW IT IS FROWNED UPON but I Really Dont Want One If You Cant Use It Like A Stock PS3 (Play Online CoD) If You Can, Can You Play Backed Up Games Online?

If you have the money and its something your interested in, go for it. Worst case scenario you don't enjoy it as much as you thought and you sell it, not a big deal.
