I would advise you start off small ,Say 4 members.
work out how you can play as a team ,So decide who has what job and then stick to your roll within the team.
Communication !.
Talk to each other ALOT ,If you dont know what each other is doing how do you expect to work well together.

If it's a clan for COD (YUK!) work out a plan for each map and do you best to stick to that plan ,Also forget your K.D it's not important .. what is important is the team win.

If it's for Battlefield then make sure the 4 of you play the objectives together and choose your classes to complement each other .

MOST IMPORTANT .. You need people who you can get on well with ,People who you can have fun with.
Then ... Practice ..practice .. practice !.

or just become youtube famous.

Always do quality over quantity.

I rather have three clan members with 1.50+ K/D rather than eight 0.80 K/D clan members.

Also if they are active or not helps.

Every time my friends and I would have a clan, it would just be for fun. We would add cool members to the clan not just how good their k/d's are.
