I don't understand why but when I don't have HDD in it boots fine, when I put in harddrive it turns off and trys to turn off again..

I have an Old Xenon.

If it works without the HDD in then your HDD is probably corrupted or a file that is on your HDD

Yeah I suggest using a new hdd and see if that works, if it does then use a new hdd?

Well you need HDD for Xex but get a new one or clean that HDD off and reload ONLY the things you need and try it.

Try a New HDD or Delete everything Off The HDD and Try agian if That Works Put all Your Files On Agian
