Honestly I think he is dead period.

All these conspiracy's about him coming back I think that 2 Pac was such a inspiration that people just make excuses to make themselves feel there is hope.

I think he is.

I've seen some video where the car he was supposedly murdered didn't have the same rims and interior as the car he was driving the night before. The photos where the same car but different interior and some mixed rims.

Also in an Eminem song(Fubba Ya Cuba Freestyle) he says,"Hip-hop ain't been the same since Tupac moved to Cuba on us"

I also heard Tupac's mom goes to Cuba every year when it's Tupac's birthday(Don't know if that is true)
