I am interested in becoming a modder, specifically for gta 4. I have watched multiple how to videos on the subject and i'm ready to begin modding. Problem is, ive never done it before and would like someone to more or less guide me through the process. I do have some money to spend but unfortunately no credit card. Are donations necessary? How can we go about doing this? I'm wondering, apart from burnable discs is it necessary to buy anything like mod menus and what not?

Please answer, any help is appreciated, I see so many post that go unanswered because people are lazy.
