No, it can be spelled Usama or Osama (even Usamah), as the word is transliterated from Arabic. Such as if you look at the word Muhammad (pbuh) it can be spelled Mohammed as well, as semetic languages such as Hebrew and Arabic didn't have any vowells, so Muhammad (pbuh) would actually be Mhmd.
