I don't see anything else worth getting that's more than $2 cheaper. This is a good option but for $2 it's worth it to have the kit that gets better timings with lower voltage. RAM is expensive right now.

Most prebuilts are never worth the price. Even with a company like origin who build good computers for a good price compared to other gaming pc companies. This computer [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] with out customizing it is $1,225. A company like alienware would probably try and sale it for like $1,500. You can build that computer for about $800 (give or take $100 or so because of the cpu cooler I can't find. So they profit $300 from the build. Alienware probably gets like a $500+ profit from their computers.
