Well, actually no this wont work. iTunes says 6.1.3 is available now. Not 6.1.2. Unless you can backtrack to 6.1.2 via iTunes.

Sorry man, now that Apple has released 6.1.3 that's your only option. What current version of iOS 4 are you on? I might be able to find a jailbreak for you.
