AlienWare is way better in my opinion. I have one and it runs fast and i dont get any viruses

alienware is garbage and way over priced.. just about as bad as buying a mac (no offence apple fanboys).

Custom PC. Alienware you pay 2x for the brand name. Not worth it at ALL.

Alienware issues;

  • Awful Customer service
  • Expensive to replace broken parts
  • Known to have poor quality parts (hinges etc.)
  • Horrifically overpriced
  • Prebuilt PC
  • Shoddy build quality


Do I need to say anymore? Custom built PC's will dominate Alienware.

IF you want a pre-built laptop for GAMING at a decent price. ASUS has some nice ones out there. I am VERY happy with mine so far.
