No. The PSU is probably a cheap one that will conk out and can take parts with it. The case looks horrible and has 1 vent with 1 output fan.

You're going to have spend more than that to get a decent case and PSU

Well my friend has a HP Pavilion Slimline s5000 Desktop PC, and he wants to replace the slimline case with a average sized tower case. So he can but a higher watt PSU and a better GPU to go in his Pc.

What are his specs? There's no sense in upgrading if any bottlenecks created will prevent him from getting much out of it. For the case, the NZXT Source 210 is what I recommend for a budget mid-tower, but an mATX case will easily accomodate his parts.

3Gb of Ram
Intel(R) G41 Express Chipset
250 watt PSU
500 gb Hard drive
