I've heard absolutely horrible reviews about it. The graphics are meant to be terrible, they have listed features that aren't it, bans for no reason then having to pay again etc.

Haven't played it first hand or anything but everyone seems to stay away from this game.

The standalone Day Z game is coming out in June which will be a great game hopefully, until then, the closest you will get to a zombie survival game is the Day Z mod for Arma II.

But if you have an extra $15 its definitely a game worth checking out. It has hackers and what not, but what game doesn't.

WarZ is bad but DayZ is awesome

"Pay to win" infrastructure
Copied League of Legend's terms of service
Lied through their teeth on Steam
Bans players unjustifiably
Bans players for playing too much
The developers cheat in-game
The graphics and character idle animations are on par with a 2006 release title, nothing up to today's standards
Entire population is hostile and unforgiving
Broken physics (Walk down a hill = death)

Oh, and let's not forget the day that half of the WarZ population was banned due to an "error."

WarZ is not worth the money in any way, in my opinion. To be fair, DayZ has it's share of pros and cons, but their cons are nowhere near the amount that WarZ has.
