I just found this really hard to get my head around, because being English, say I am hungry. I think, "I am hungry" but what does a deaf person think? Or do they just FEEL hunger and work out that they need food. I think it's interesting and would like to hear other people's thoughts on this topic

They would think in the language they would learn to write in. Which I know it seems weird thinking about how a deaf person could learn to write....

It's a tough question. But I imagine they have an 'inside voice' just the same as us. They just don't have that link between thinking and speaking or hearing.

I've heard this question before, and I honestly have no answer for you. Why don't you ask a deaf person?
