On the website it said "Included files"...
1. launch.ini :: Dashlaunch configuration pre-modded for XBLS support
2. xbdm.xex :: Plugin to enable Xbox 360 Neighborhood features
3. CPUKey.bin :: Spoofs the CPU key passed to XBL
4. XBLStealth.xex :: XBLS plugin
5. 360 Flash Tool.exe :: Latest version, used for importing KVs to updflash.bin if you choose to unban this way
6. xeBuild GUI 2.09XBLS :: Custom xeBuild GUI which builds 16203/DL 3.07 images (unbanned if you supply a kv)
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO WITH THESE FILES?

put launch.ini on the root of your hdd
put the xbdm as a plugin on dashluanch 3.07
put cpukey on root of your hdd
put xbls as a plugin on dashluanch 3.07
and The two pc files needed to update and change kv

yea if it unbanned you are good.
a way to cheeck is try to connect to live if it banned it will say this console is banned if not it just wont connect.

To go online you must be on the latest dash with kinect and avatar updates (16203)
Have an un banned KV - Can be bought from Xeku in the marketplace.
Then you need to purchase XBLS.
Download the files and place them as so:
Launch.ini - HDD:\ (root of HDD)
XBDM.xex - HDD:\
cpukey - HDD:\?-Unsure.
XBLS.xex - HDD:\
The boot dashlaunch (presuming it's already installed)
Load the launch.ini
Set XBDM and also XBLS as plugins
Save Launch.ini.
Reboot your console and it should say 'XBLS Success' - Your times now started
