Well first off there really is no "cheapest" first off name your price range, and give us a basis of what games you are looking to play on the laptop.
EDIT: I misread in a way, honestly if you are looking for a good comp, in my opinion you should build a tower yourself (What bulb said) also if you are going to do that, get your price range and make a spreadsheet to calculate what all of the parts are going to cost.

I would like to know what laptop would be able to run sim city, minecraft, runescape, LoL.
I'm looking at a 300-600 dollar price range.
preferably a 4-8 battery length.
Any brand is accepted (preferably asus, dell, or Hp)
I know this isn't him, but i've been wondering the same question!

MSI FR700 i5 480M Gaming laptop Intel HD 3000 graphics
^^
$600 and I looked at the MINIMUM requirements to run MC, LoL, and Sim City, this would seem like a great laptop to go.
