When I got home today, I turned on my PS3 & while it was starting up it froze at the part with the line going through the screen & wouldn't go to the main PS3 menu. I keep turning it off & trying it again & I still get the same result. Anyone else had this problem or knows how to fix it ? Please help me.

You need to reset your ps3. This will delete all your games you have downloaded on that ps3 .You're going to have to recover your account and re-download all your games agian.My ps3 had the same problem only thing you will probably loose is For Example a map that you gameshared off a friend.
