I want to jailbreak my iPad 3 6.1.2 but if I stay on 6.1.2 and not upgrade to 6.1.3 will I be able to jailbreak

Yes you can jailbreak it on 6.1.2 its not legal to jailbreak iPad's anymore. But yes. this topic should help
