I want to buy a decent gaming pc for my birthday. What is the best one I can get or build for 500-600 pounds?
I was thinking of getting one from here: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] The Cyberpower Z77 configurator. What are the best things I can choose for that one for between 500-600 pounds or are there better ones for that price?
If it is better to build my own pc please could someone link me to the best parts available that total to between 500 and 600 pounds. I hear that scan.co.uk is a good site.
Thanks in advance for the help guys
Edit: Found a system with these specs for 585 pounds:
AMD FX-8350 Black Edition 8 Core 8 x 4GHz Socket AM3+ 125W CPU AMDs Fastest Ever
16Gb 2 x 8Gb DDR3 1333 Braned Memory
All NEW 2Tb SATA3 6Gb/s 64Mb Cache Hard Disk
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 AMD 970 Socket AM3+ USB3.0 SATA 6Gbps DDR3 ATX Motherboard
1024MB GDDR5 AMD Radeon HD 7770 DVI-I HDMI DisplayPort, PCI-E
24x +- DVD ReWriter Multi Format
32 n1 Memory Card Reader
Cit Saturn Red- Black Gaming Case with side window colour fan front usb
CIT 650Watt Black Edition 120mm Dual 12v Power Supply
Wireless g/n 150MBs Sec Lan
Ethernet 10/1000 LAN / USB2.0 / 3.0
From here: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (Scroll down to the bottom, the one on the left )
Is this any good?

I would go with the Cyberpower Asus Z77 if you want to spend the extra money. because you aren't going to be able to play much games with the GT610, the GTX 650ti is much better.

It would be cheaper to order the parts separately than to configure one from a website. I built mine for around 800 and then configured one nearly the same (slightly lower quality parts such as RAM, SSD etc due to the only available option), and the total came to over 900.
One of the benefits to configuring on a site is the warranty.
I personally would order the parts from Scan.co.uk as building it is not that hard.

I don't know what parts to get. Could you link me to the best parts available that total up to between 500 and 600 pounds.
Thanks.

Why buy from there? Honestly, the best and cheapest option is to buy the parts your self and then just watch a tutorial on how to build it. :coffee:

You'd be better of asking r00t or someone who knows more, they'll give you the best bang for your buck.

Stay away from pre-builds. Chances are it is an overpriced piece of funk, yeah the case "looks" cool with the LED's but it won't be (the PC as a whole).
