You will still be paying more for what you get if you buy a pre-built. The only reason there is a site like that is so they can make money. They wouldn't do it if they didn't profit. Plus there's things in there which you don't need such as the card reader or the wireless. If you bought the parts yourself you could spend the saved money on a good PSU or an i5. The one that is in that build could conk out and damage other components.
