ok so recently i noticed that when i start mw2 i get signed out of xbox live and when i click connect it says i lost connection please try again so when i go to dashboard it signed me back in so its only when i play mw2 and try other games i download my profile and itmworks for about to days and does the same thing any other hings i should try????

i did that and 2 days later it does the same thing

Most likely your internet.
Go to speedtest.net

If you have under a 3mbps upload.

Power cycle your Router/Modem. Turn it off for 30 seconds, and turn it back on. Should fix your internet problems.
