I personally always suggest to save money on the OS and...do what you gotta do to get the desired Operating System if you know what I mean. Easy way to save a nice buck IMO. Also wasn't sure if you need a monitor so I left that out

The one I made you was 700 in your currency, also for $30 it seems they can install it in your home and everything. Seems like a good deal!
