How do you create and design and save it on your Account?

No you don't have to be gold to have a banner, you have to be gold to have a signature. You can create one using photoshop or getting one made for you. You then have to upload it to a website such as photobucket and you put the link of the website where it says "Profile Banner". There you go you have your banner.

You can either create a banner yourself, request for someone to make one for you by making a topic HERE or you can find an image you wish to use on the internet.
Making Your Own
If you wish to make one yourself, you will need an image editing software such as GIMP, Paint.NET or Photoshop. The dimensions for banners are 468x60 pixels. Once you have made one, you will need to use an image hosting site such as Imgur, ImageShack ect to upload your image. You will then be presented with a selection of links, you will need the Direct Link. You will then want to go to your TTG profile page and click Update Profile which is under your avatar, and then click the Extra Information tab. There will be an input box named Profile Banner, paste the link in there and then click the Apply Changes box.
Requesting For A Banner
If you want to request someone to make you a banner, when making the topic, be specific so that the person making the banner has a good idea of what you want. They will eventually get it done and post the link on the topic or PM it to you. Simply do the same thing with the link as stated above.
Getting An Image From The Internet
If you wish to find an image off the internet, try to make sure it is 468x60 so that it will fit correctly, as if it is bigger, it will most likely become distorted when resized to the allocated dimensions for the banner.
