Guys i really want to make a new career point guard just for fun (offline) I'm afraid if i do this it will delete my current my career player (91 overall) Can anyone help? Thanks!

No it will not delete any of your other players.

You start a new one, then save it as another file. If it asks to save on the virtual saves, click "Continue at offline". It'll let you save to the hard drive.
