Yeah really nice build you got there, if you are not lying that is.
It will be able to run all the latest games on ultra and will be future proof for a while.
I'm guessing you are going to overclock your CPU a bit due to the fact you have bought a decent CPU cooler.
Enjoy it.

I still strongly advise you go with the parts I listed in this post instead: Forums/p=29880585.html#29880585
It will perform as well for less and if you think you need the 3770K over the 3570K, which is very unlikely, then you can just change the CPU. 850w is too much for a single 7970 and too little for two of them, so it's not a good choice. 620w is perfect for one and you'd want 1KW or 950w for two (all overclocked).

Here's my opinion on each part.
Case - Besides looks, I don't know why this build would need a full tower case. You could save money and get a cheaper mid tower case. But if you really just like how it looks then buy it.
CPU - Depending on what you're doing, I still think a 3570k is better for the money.
CPU cooler - If you're spending that much on a build, I would get a better cpu cooler.

Motherboard - Good choice.
Graphics Card - Good choice.
Hard Drive - With a budget that high, I would try and get the western digital black 1tb, but that's me.
PSU - A bit overkill. I would ave about $20 and get this seasonic 750w psu.

You could even go lower, a 750w isn't even needed for the build.
