First of all it is XRPC.dll not XRPC.xex(that goes on your xbox as a plugin) and you need to click browse and find it on you computer.

ok i have it as my 3rd plugin and soo when i go on C# 2010 go to browse and find it??

On computer:
Right click where it says 'c# *YourProjectNameHere' on the solution explorer(on the right)
Now click 'add reference'
then search for the XRPC.dll on your computer.

On Console:
Have RPC.xex as a plugin on dashlaunch.

RPC.xex and XRPC.dll are 2 completely different things!; Xex goes on your jtag/RGH, dll stays on your computer.
