I remember a similar situation with the 4 year old smoker. Terrible to see things like this, even today.

Children these days think they're cool doing adult stuff when really they are just ruining their lives.

Well even though this is the parents fault there is also something called Fetal Alcohol Syndrome(FAS) which is the result of a form of reckless parenting. This can only come about if the mother is a heavy drinker during her pregnancy. But this is something that can leave kids in situations like that being a alcoholic at very young ages.

I agree. Social services need to step in and help the children. These people aren't fit to be parents!

Social services = dumb.

They aren't bothered about actual child abuse, they're more bothered about spoilt kids getting a slap every now and then.

Well, something needs to be done to stop this. It's ruining childrens' lives. They will most likely grow up and follow these alcoholic habits. Something or someone needs to act and save these kids.

Not only that, just think of what it's doing to their bodies. Such a young age and poisoning yourself with addictive substances? Gosh, kids are so crazy nowadays
