I believe this is fake, first the character is neither one of the four from TranZit nor Die Rise, by the clothes you can tell.
for second, every perk is blurred but PHD Flopper, looks suspicious. The texture of the walls and the ground in general looks like a drawing.
Just what I thought, it could be true, who knows.

Okay so the perks that I can tell are Jugg, Stamin-up, and PHD Flopper, not too sure what the second perk is or the second last, the second last may be Double Tap but it looks more red than orange.

Not my point, I can tell all of the perks what it is, but seems like PHD Flopper is not lightened up, only the 4 others, who ever that made this made the PHD Flopper dramatically easy to see, but treyarch never does that, they always hide clues, not just illuminating the main clue, in this case PHD Flopper; it looks very suspicious not blurring PHD.
another point. if you zoom in at the perks, the size of the perks are all over, if you zoom into any gameplay of legit zombies, the perks are all the same size.
