black screen in normal boot
and xell loads well but thats the error i get in xell trying 2 flash my og nand

Have you tried flashing a working Nand manually to override Xell altogether.

Flashing the working Nand using the Nand-x will most likely fix the problem. It overrides xell, so im pretty sure it will fix that issue.

Did you flash a dev nand?
Also does your console show any bad blocks in the original nand or the nand you built?
Compare both of them.
