You have to be online to use this tool.
unless you wanted to rank your system link rank up (god knows why).

Could Anyone Help Me Through Skype And Tell Me What Im Doin Wrong, This And Hardly Any Tools Works For Me, I Have Been Tryin For The Last Month. And Also I Get An Error When Connecting To My JTAG On MW3 It Says Im On The Wrong Server "Server 1.0".
