This would be 'the best' but you are going to struggle even at that on almost any recent game.
Would I struggle because of the graphics card? And if so what graphics card do you recommend for the money, that would work with this build?

Do you think you could make me the best possible build? Btw I do NOT need a monitor, case, mouse, keyboard, or cd drive. I have them already

- Intel Core i3-3220 Dual-Core Processor 3.3 Ghz
- MSI LGA1155/Intel H61/DDR3/A&GbE/MicroATX Motherboard H61M-P31 (W8)
- Gigabyte Radeon HD 7770 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express
- Seagate Barracuda 250 GB HDD SATA 6 Gb/s
- Corsair XMS3 4 GB 1333MHz PC3-10666 240-pin DDR3 Memory Kit for Core i3 i5 i7 and CMX4GX3M1A1333C9
- Corsair Builder Series CX 430 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS (CX430)
All parts can be found on amazon for 423~ USD
This is the best you gonna get, the mobo may be a problem in a full case with wire lengths though but the smaller the board the cheaper...
Make sure your case supports that size mother board before buying.
