You want to get big in the gaming world and youtube. It's really quite simple in the aspect of what you need to do, doing it is the difficult park. Take me for example:

When I first started playing Cod for clips I was in a low generally worthless clan called K3. I put out some clips and episodes with that clan for about a year, then someone from another clan (SoaR) noticed and liked my stuff an offered me a place with them. Now as most know SoaR is a large known team throughout youtube as well as the cod community. Again I continued to do as I was constantly trying to think of new types of shots and things noone has done, once again putting out clips and episodes another team spotted my "talent" (Dare). From Dare I moved onto eRa, and now currently am to the point kids freak out when they see my gamertag in their lobby. I've moved on from eRa to create my own team which is going quite well and is making huge progress throughout youtube (Whos). My known GT's are: K3 Faith, SoaR Faith, Dare Faith, eRa Fayth, Synergy Fayth. An currently Whos Emery. The point to this story is you have to start small, what you seek will find you when you are ready enough for that step. Trust me, I've been there.
