i have qustions about the rendering and im woundering if thats the reason my gameplay is coming out laggy because im not rendering the videos

Something is wrong with your settings, because I don't render all my videos, and mine never came out laggy. Go to YT and type in "Best settings for HDPVR" that should help out, and if it doesn't. Just render your videos in Sony Vegas.

Are you setting your xbox to (1080p) and your hdmi settings on Arc soft has to be 1080p also to match the settings.

This could be a possible out of the million solutions.

If it is a problem with the rendering aspect in Vegas (if that's what you are using), I think I know exactly what it is.

HDPVR's capture in 60fps, Sony Vegas processes videos at 30fps... There is no mutual balance there so Vegas can't handle it. If you are having problems in Vegas, I'd suggest downgrading the drivers. I had that problem and when I downgraded, it worked like a charm.

that is a video i just recorded not even a hour ago with no rendering its not playing smooth and i dont like how it turns out i have a Hauppauge 1212 HDPVR in the video link the gameplay was a little bright but i have it fixed now
