This is the best you gonna get, the mobo may be a problem in a full case with wire lengths though but the smaller the board the cheaper...
Make sure your case supports that size mother board before buying.

no worries dude, it is a similar system to what I am running, I was on a tight budget to at the time. It will server you well. May drop a little on games such as bf3 but i haven't got round to playing them yet haha.

I have only really played 2 Farcry 3 and Minecraft but loads of different mod pack os mc and that does get a little demanding.
Far Cry 3 (ultimate) 50~ according to Fraps.
Minecraft and different mod pack max settings: 70-100~
I can go test Saints Row 3 if you want as I have it installed :S
Sorry they are not really games benchmarks ever come from not got round to downloading loads yet as I am busy with other things.
