my world was made before the update, so has the end spawned in my world or can i build one. Or do i have to make a new world.

no you dont have to make another world just place the eyes in the ender portal to open it up

Once you have downloaded the update it will spawn "the end" in all worlds you have created.

I'm pretty sure that if you set up the end as it is spawned that you will be able to use it in your old world

Actually i tried to make it in my old world,and it didn't even work i made sure i built it correctly as well.So i don't know
