I have that PSU(modular version though) powering a OC'd 7950, and a 3570k. It's a fine psu for your build, I would go with the 430w just to save money. TAs for the motherboard I would go with what r00t recommended above. But if you ever plan to use a SSD + HDD as a cache Id go with a h77 board for SRT.
