I know Black Ops II mods are slowly being released/hosted online, I know XBLS had a rank/on screen text coming, I saw it about a month or two ago. So this video is legit.

Video is legit mods but whoever uploaded the video to that channel is just trying to scam for subscribers. It's not them who are hosting even though they're claiming it is.

This is really simple to do. Its all being set thru basic mem editing, SV_GameSendServerCommand and ClientCommand.

P.S i love how the kid didnt take the full video of the lobby.
