I think he means if someone can't beat a cheap team with an expensive team, they don't deserve it. Trading wasn't really brought up.

but they do deserve it if they have put a real effort into getting it, regardless of skill level

I for one 100% agree with this and EA need to do something about it...

Like put a rating barrier on matchmaking, like 75-80 rated squads play each other and 85-90 and so on...
