It is a little flustering that some people think we'll just drop a couple bucks for them. I've been asked at least 6 times the past few months to gift someone gold, whereas I don't have it (and don't think I ever did actually). The best thing to do is either ignore them or just message them back saying you can't do it. Gold membership is a privilege, not a right and they need to know that.
