So I am wanting to build a custom PC that will play mostly all games at high settings with a good frame rate and also I can use the PC for photoshop cs6! I came up with a list of parts and a estimated value. I want to reduce the price as much as I can without affecting the performance of the PC! And if you can come up wuth a build I will rep you!

Drop the 3770k to the 3570k. Doing some light work in Photoshop does not justify the extra $100 price difference.
Swap the board to the MSI Z77 G43.
Unless you'll fully utilize a whole 16gb's of RAM, drop down to an 8GB kit.
Pirate Windows. If you're not comfortable with that, you can save $30 and get the home premium edition of Windows which is practically the same thing.
You can drop the PSU from an 850w to a 650w unless crossfiring is a must in the future.
You skimped out on the monitor. Low(er) resolution glossy TN panel. I see 22'' - 24'' IPS 1080P displays go on sale for $160 - $170 all the time. What's the point of a solid computer if what you're looking at is sub par?
Avoid Mad Catz in general. It's just crap. Seriously, there is no other way to put it. G400 / CM Spawn / Deathadder are all better choices in terms of quality consistency.
$60 membrane keyboard. Ugh. It really is just a $10 board with some cheesy back-lighting on it. You won't be looking at your peripherals when you're playing anyways, but whatever.
Overpriced and over-hyped generic crappy gaming headset. Unless you're an audiophile ( though I doubt it considering you were looking at A40's ), spending $250 on a headset is overkill.

You can easily shave off $200 - $300 without sacrificing performance or quality..actually it'll improve in some cases.
BTW, HAF 922 is a very mediocre case since CM updated it. Personally, I'd swap it out with a Zalman Z9 / Antec One.

Here's what I recommend. Everything but the headphones and mic is in this screenshot: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Better case, better monitor (IPS, you'll want that), better graphics card for your purposes (CUDA for the Adobe suite), more appropriate PSU, better keyboard, better mouse, better board, more sensible OS choice (No need for Professional and this comes with Kaspersky, which is actually good), an SSD, better RAM (low-profile, low-voltage), and a CPU cooler. There are lots of promo codes to lower the price as well. I still recommend getting a 3570K instead of the 3770K, though.

Mic: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
These will be much better than any headphone marketed as "gaming."

Thank you tremendously for the build! But I have a question sbour if I could just go with a corsair 650watt instead of a 550?
Edit: The last link in the part list doesn't work and I think it's the ram.

He listed a good psu there and you will not need a 650, I mean you can go with it but it is just a waste really. r00t chooses every part for a reason.

Oh I know I'm not doughing him. But I want to go a little bigger so I can upgrade later and not have to buy a new PSU to!

All the links work fine for me. For the PSU, if you really want to add a second 670 in the future (be realistic), I'd suggest one of these:
