Everything was fine before I moved everything in my room around but no my pvr wont work.
When I plug the USB cable into my computer is pops up saying it malfunctioned with my comouter and the device is not good. I even got another cord and it didn't work either. PLEASE HELP I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THIS TO WORK FOR 2 HOURS!

Make sure you have everything plugged in correctly. Then check if you need any software to record the device. Make sure you have all of those TV cords plugged in.

1.) unplug the pvr from your computer.
2.) then unplug the usb from the back of the pvr.
3.) then hit the power button on the pvr.
4.) it should turn off.
5.) now plug the usb into the pvr back and turn it back on.
6.) connect to your laptop and it should be okay.
thats what i do.

thats my problem too, my pvr wont turn off when I click the button. It was working fine yesterday

You have to re-install the drivers for the pvr bro.
