If you want a "crappy little website" then go learn HTML and CSS. Then you can make one yourself and learn something in the process.

Some sites to look at which would be helpfull are codeacadamy, thenewboston, and w3schools.

You can go download free templates, and use them, but you can't just copy code from any website. That's plagiarism and is illegal without the website creators permission.

You dont have enough of a single HTML file. Which you just downloaded. You also need the Javascript and CSS. Maybe even the PHP. If you really have no idea what you're doing. Use a sitebuilder. Like wix or even webs. But I Would recommend learning the languages first.

well i guess technically i learnt all my html and java from my teacher but also W3Schools was the website he made us go on to get us to practice finding out for ourselves and that really helped, so if you want to make a website then you will probably need some kind of knowledge of how programming works but try W3Schools
