i had started a clan, and i wasnt very picky on people who were joing but after getting 4 or 5 kids that were like 10 and 3-6 people who had shitty mics and talked so loud or so quite it was aggravating, im going to be a little more strict. BUT! on the good side, i am starting up a hardcore only (with a little elastic reasoning for normal players) that i am recruiting for. i had a team before and what happened is the two people who helped make it teamed up and left the team taking everyone with them while making up a stupid excuse of how bad a leader i was, and they went and made a new "community gaming team". so this teams name was something we all came up with, since they left me "for dead" the new team is called task force undead. we have many branches, but all that comes with training. after basic there is training for
1.) air force
2.) and ground forces.
there is also a special forces unit that is reserved for the best players on the team. show up. show respect. earn points, and then prepare for spec ops. i will be the one leading the team. i will be talking to people in the party and asking a couple major questions. if you pass the test ( basically checking for good mics, good active/goodplayers, and mature people) then you will get a message with your rank and a date/time. this date and time is that date and time you will be attending basic. (basic is easy, it only takes a couple minutes, 30 minutes at most) and then you will be given your rank. at that point SPEAK UP IF YOU WISH TO BE AIR FORCE! we need jet flyers, heli flyers (transport and attack). at that point i will give you the requirements for these classes. this uses a specific training type i call "self training". this reduces pressure of a training game, and lets the player focus more on the objective requirements.
on another note spec ops is way different.
to get a spot in spec ops you must:
1.) play at least 10 hours total gameplay with the team
2.) show leadership and respect among teamates
3.) show teamwork with people( such as javelin take downs with our scouts, etc.)
4.) you must be judged by me (ill make sure that you fit my description and make the cut)
then training begins. spec ops training is at least 1 hour long. but it gets you a higher rank, if you tryout and dont pass, you will be held at your rank. if you do get passed you will hop 2-4 ranks depending on how good you do.
all other info is covered in the party with me, hope to see all you soldiers out there!
